"I started The Third Eye in class 10 because I saw a critical gap in conversations about women's health. In our communities, vital topics like menopause are often shrouded in silence and stigma. I wanted to create a platform to change that."

"My goal is to break that silence, replace stigma with support, and make essential health information accessible to everyone, especially young people. I believe that by educating my generation, we can foster a more empathetic and informed society for the future."

By creating platforms for open dialogue—in schools, community centers, and online—we aim to bridge the knowledge gap between generations and empower individuals with the confidence to manage their health proactively.
